Overview An Executive Restaurant Chef is responsible for the overall management of a restaurant kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and budgeting. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, as well as ensuring that all food is cooked to the highest standards. Detailed Job Description An Executive Restaurant Chef is responsible for the overall management of a restaurant kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and budgeting. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, as well as ensuring that all food is cooked to the highest standards. They must also ensure that all food safety regulations are followed and that all food is stored and handled properly. The Executive Restaurant Chef must also be able to work with the restaurant’s front-of-house staff to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen
• ServSafe certification
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Ability to work with a variety of kitchen equipment
