Evaluation Assistant Jobs

Knowledge of research/evaluation methodology including qualitative, quantitative, and statistical methods.

Supporting the management and facilitating access to physical educational technology tools (e.g. chrome books, ipads, laptops, microphones, etc.)

Performing data entry to assist with curriculum mapping using a university syllabus management tool

Monitoring and general upkeep of file structures for assessment and evaluation data and document management

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, Assessment delivery software, web-based survey tools

Knowledge of post-secondary education systems is an asset.

Proven ability to learn and understand various technology systems and/or including experience troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

▪ Experience managing projects, including planning and monitoring project scope, budget, and timelines.

▪ Experience leading evaluation teams and managing clients.

▪ Experience designing and implementing project and/or program evaluations, including development of data collection tools.

Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure to meet multiple deadlines.

Supports project management, planning, facilitation, and evaluation for Human Resources' equity and inclusion activities.

Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. higher education/education, psychology, gender studies, organizational change) preferred.

Adapting baseball drills and skills for a wide range of variations

Strong skills in qualitative data methodology and analysis.

Experience with data collection (e.g., survey creation and administration, key informant interviews, focus groups, etc.).

Experience in monitoring and evaluation or research methodologies.

Knowledge in community-based research and evaluation methods.

Work in primary care or clinical experience in primary care an asset.

Experience with health data analysis an asset.

Experience in design thinking methods and approaches to problem solving an asset.

Proven application and deep knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

Demonstrated knowledge of issues affecting clients in all areas of service delivery and service delivery structures.

Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with the ability to write or edit high quality business documents.

Ability to foster and maintain good working relationships within a team while exercising professionalism, tact, confidentiality and discretion.

Ability to work independently and effectively under time pressure to meet deadlines, balance work priorities and resolve issues appropriately.

Demonstrated commitment to client focused services and teamwork;

Experience working with Salesforce or other similar Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM)

Demonstrated experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, with an emphasis on quantitative skills

Draft abstracts and present key findings at conferences in collaboration with Knowledge Mobilization staff

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write in an accessible style for non-academic audiences

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Experience with/commitment to applying equity, diversity, and inclusion principles to work and workplace

Excellent observation skills and exceptional attention to detail

Experience evaluating MHSU or related programs is a strong asset.
