Provide over-the-phone/remote troubleshooting support to dealer technicians, assisting them in resolving technical issues and inquiries related to our products.

Assess machine pre-delivery inspection (PDI) requirements at the distributor and dealer level, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Mechanical background and knowledge on electric Class 1,2,3 industrial trucks is required.

Automotive and Heavy equipment experience

Lithium battery power systems experience an asset.

Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset

3-5 years’ experience in automotive maintenance, repair and inspection

5+ years of experience with general mechanical work preferably with heavy duty equipments

Excellent communication skills mandatory – both written and verbal

Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring and human resource management skills

Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills

Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills

· Knowledge of parts distribution and parts management

Sound knowledge of equipment products and services as managed through a dealer relationship

Quoting repair options and repair structure, Service Work In Progress (WIP) management process and financial impacts, mechanical aptitude and up selling

Answer technical questions from our dealers or from our Field Service people using personal knowledge, experience, and available reference sources

Bachelor's Degree with at least one year of technical experience with equipment, OR

Associates' Degree with at least three (3) years of technical experience with equipment, OR

HS Diploma with at least five (5) years' of technical experience with equipment

2+ years of mechanical experience

At least two (2) years of customer service experience

Develop a process to manage rental GSE and Tooling needs.

Work with Suppliers and internal groups to develop and manage project schedules to achieve customer commitments.

Provide technical expertise and solutions for operator queries related to tooling, including supporting Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requests.

Prepare reports and communication packages to support customer meetings, regional reviews, conferences, working groups and other initiatives.

Minimum high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Maintaining open communication with finance regarding equipment rental billing

Manages inventory, documentation, and control of all client equipment including infusion pumps, chargers, poles, and bolus cords.

Experience working in a customer service or administrative role dealing with large volumes of paperwork

Ensuring that the appropriate requisitions are sent by the LHIN

Responsible for making calls confirming with patients and/or LHINs regarding the rental of equipment

Proof of registration in a post-secondary educational institution in the fall semester 2023.

Ability to manage several tasks at once and set priorities, willing and able to work in a constantly changing environment

Ability to recognize opportunities and suggest ideas to Project manager and customers as needed.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is required.

Experience in JIRA will be considered an asset.
