Assist in Salefish and Blackline data entry

Sending all additional amendments, replacement cheques and NSF cheques to the lawyer from date of offer up until closing date

Maintaining and updating broker lists

Working at all VIP broker sales events, friends & family events and condo openings/launches(weekdays after regular business hours & weekends)

Typing deals on site or at head office during openings and new releases

Co-operating broker invoices – review, approve

Identify areas of improvement in our marketing and sales activities to improve territory management and sales margins

Prior experience in Marketing, Promotions, Branding, Communications, Sales, or Advertising

Proven knowledge of sales and marketing concepts

Execute field marketing and sales campaigns and communicate with prospective buyers

Deliver thoughtful and engaging product presentations to generate sales

Assist in the training and development for fellow Marketing and Sales members

Strong social skills (high EQ)

Speaking face to face with potential customers

Developing trust and rapport between our customers and our business

Taking detailed notes of customer interactions for the sales team to use in their follow up

Prefers working in the field as opposed to behind a desk

Assist Marketing Director in decision-making, appointing project responsibilities, and regulating deadlines

Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Customer service experience in person

Cross-functional management and collaboration skills

Support the Marketing Managers with the development, project management and organization of specific marketing projects and promotional & training materials

Manage content on the Canadian HCP educational platform

Marketing Material & Project Management:

Manage marketing material internal approval process, working closely with the Review team for timely submissions and approvals

Track the effectiveness of our campaigns and report metrics to upper management

Uphold the highest level of customer experience - guided by “the customer comes first”

1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, brand coordinator or a customer-facing role is preferred
