EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for management and direction of staff, including planning, staffing, training, and performance reviews

Project coordination and management, ensuring schedule scope and budget are adhered to throughout project lifecycles including contract review and vendor management.

Manage the development, maintenance, and execution of annual, quarterly management plans and review monthly to ensure objectives are being met.

Ensure the management of data protection policies, compliance and controls are adhered to within the Enterprise Application landscape.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.

Knowledge and experience working with HR applications would be considered an asset

Management consulting, tech, or other analytically focused experience preferred

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

Experience in business process design and configuration

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Operational participation and execution accountabilities in vulnerability management and other lifecycle programs – including routine patching exercises and penetration testing.

5 years of IT management experience.

5 years of enterprise level IT Service Management experience.

Have full operational oversight and lifecycle management of product assets including Operating Systems (Windows Server, Linux,) storage and compute platforms.

Full lifecycle management of workload operating systems with a focus on Microsoft Window Server and RHEL.

Management of all services and peripheral tools/technologies in support of the product mandate.
