5 years of post-qualification experience

Demonstrates an ability to lead and manage multiple engagements.

Manages assurance, accounting, and tax engagements.

Manages aspects of production and client billing.

Accounting designation (CPA) with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience

Maintains a thorough working knowledge and application of relevant professional standards, emerging laws and regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

Participates in the firm’s Team Development and Performance Management Program

Strong technical knowledge and specialized industry expertise.

Experience in delivery of quality client service

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage time and adhere to strict deadlines and budget;

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Assist with client management and foster excellent relationships with clients and initiate business development opportunities;

Qualified CPA with two years post managerial experience in a public practice firm working with Private Enterprise clients;

Plan, manage, and execute Compilation and Review engagements.

Experience with CaseWare and Taxprep, (experience with QuickBooks, Simply Accounting and other cloud based applications is an asset);

Demonstrated experience leading SAP ABAP/Fiori, Basis implementation, and support teams

Develop monthly release plans and lead the team through successful delivery

Collaborate with Information Systems and other business and IT leaders to develop ES operation and expansion strategy

Ensure the enterprise systems are maintained in accordance with best practices

Facilitate innovative and experimental application work to test new ideas and aggressively pursues automation to improve velocity

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

5+ years’ experience in sales/ account management, including sales management

Management consulting, tech, or other analytically focused experience preferred
