5 years + of industrial sales experience or certification sales

Minimum of 10 years of experience in aerospace avionics and electrical;

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in personnel supervision or as team leader;

Experience with a scripting language, ideally python or perl, is preferred

Knowledge of linux is an asset

Knowledge of web development and/or databases is desirable

Experience with specifying system-level uses cases and flowing that down to MAC protocol/networking architecture and requirements.

Provide architectural and detailed designs to meet the system requirements

5+ years of experience in embedded application development in C and C++

Extensive knowledge of dependencies between system components and protocol layers and their interactions.

Experience with Visual Studio Code and Eclipse IDE

Experience with scripting languages such as Python and MATLAB

Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management (including performance, compensation, pre-boarding, recruiting, workforce planning, people analytics)

Ensure consistent use of HR systems across the organization by providing education, training, and reviewing data around usage and accuracy

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred); at least two years of related experience(required)

Innovative and committed to employee experience and data accuracy

Experience facilitating professional development training preferred

Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with program leaders, community members, and families

Operational understanding of brokerage management, or prior brokerage management experience is an asset

Knowledge of other broker management systems (ie. Tam, Powerbroker, Keal)

Consult, lead and manage system integration projects

Consult, lead and manage data migration and conversion

Manage and monitor internal ticketing system and CRM

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Insurance industry is preferred with Personal Lines.

3+ years hands-on experience with embedded C firmware development and Linux programming.

Experience with code/project sharing and co-development through Git.

Experience with memory, power, speed optimized applications.

Experience with over-the-air upgrades to the software and firmware of an embedded systems.

Good communication skills with a track record of making impactful and effective design presentations is desired.

Experience with RTOS, interface libraries USB/UART drivers.

Owns management and oversite of Technology Investigation Projects (TIP), processes, and facilitates consistent execution and stakeholder management

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of product development management

Delivers and supports the deployment of scalable, enabling, and re-usable engineering content to the development team and associated knowledge capture.

Demonstrates strong Leadership by influence capabilities and commitment to developing strong relationships and collaborative partnerships internally and externally.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical discipline, or equivalent work experience

Typical requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering leadership.
