Create and manage middle-of-funnel marketing strategy with a focus on email marketing and content.

Manage the creation of new assets including lead magnets, blog posts, social posts, and other middle-of-funnel drivers.

Deep experience in growing an email list

Experience with Email Marketing tools such as Klaviyo

Knowledge of SEM tools such as SEMRush

Knowledge of Social tools such as Sprout Social

Great organizational and time management skills

1-3 years of experience in email marketing, and communications

Experience working with an email deployment platform (Bloomreach) is an asset.

Retail experience is an asset

Builds and sets up email marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams for copy, design, and integration.

Implements A/B test plan to measure and optimize campaigns to maximize the performance.

Certified and advanced level hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Adobe Campaign is also a strong plus)

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include

Development of complex CRM email communications for our clients (including building and maintaining custom templates)

Possesses strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis, IP reputation

Plan, create, and optimize email programs across various customer segments, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery

Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in English, Journalism, Copywriting or similar is an asset
