Assemble parts using a wide variety of fasteners and joining techniques

Perform all assigned tasks in a limited amount of time, within acceptable quality limits and while following safe work practices

Report out on assembly progress and suggest countermeasures to maintain or recover schedules

Identify and suggest productivity and/or quality improvements to Supervisors and/or Engineers

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the selected candidate's main duties will include :

Transfer knowledge from integration team to operations team

5+ years professional work experience as an electro-mechanical engineer in the high-tech industrial sector

Strong professional experience in technical writing / manufacturing documentation for very innovative and complex electro-mechanical systems.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Provide guidance to the team based on management direction.

Create/lead improvement teams and track progress using a visual management.

Bachelor/Associate degree or a combination of education, experience and licensing

Ability to access and develop individual and team skills/capabilities

Hands on mechanical assembly experience

9. Knowledge of Fanuc and ABB robots will be an asset.

Partaking in hands-on training by shadowing the vendors during the system installations
