Educational Technology Support Specialist Jobs in Nova Scotia

A College diploma in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience;

Relevant experience, preferably in an educational environment;

Knowledge in the set-up, configuration, installation, and first-tier troubleshooting of operating systems, applications, educational technologies, computer hardware and peripherals, and networking;

Strong technical skills and experience with audio-visual equipment, including projectors, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems;

Perform analysis, diagnosis, documentation, and resolution of complex IT systems problems for clients (Faculty/Staff) in the Faculty of Education (FOE);

Configure and control inventory of educational technology equipment;
