3-5 years of Management or Supervisory experience

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Participate in routine work-in-progress, safety and management meetings.

Manage the day-to-day work schedules of the field and shop staff, ensuring that all requisite tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

5+ years experience in Sales, Account Management, Category Management or Trade Marketing

Previous experience being a Brand Manager an asset

Works in conjunction with the Fueling Supervisor for the inventory control management of Aviation Fuel Products.

Manages the Safety Management System (SMS) and Reporting System at the base, in coordination with the Base Manager.

Updates various types of operational manuals, trainings manuals, qualifications records and local ERP in coordination with Base Manager.

Previous working experience in the aviation industry with direct working knowledge of operations in an airport facility is preferred.

Strategizes, reviews and coordinates operations and efficiencies with the Base Manager.

Minimum 2 years’ experience pipelayer helper, or 3 years’ water & sewer labourer.

Assist the Pipelayer in the installation of the pipe for the water and sewer division.

Solid experience in writing SQL queries and Extensive working knowledge of PowerBI (Mandatory)

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Working closely with managerial staff and technicians.

Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Transportation experience desired

Interaction with all levels of management across diverse functions.

Knowledge and experience with Parts Service and Logistics Vital Few Metrics (KPI’s)

Create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks

Manage operational budgets and business plans

Support service relationships with Dealers and Part Managers
