More than 3 years and up to and including 5 years of experience in a professional fundraising organization

Knowledge of fundraising and receipting requirements.

Manage Donor Services staff related and supervise all donation processing.

Oversee migration of data entry and receipting into Raiser’s Edge NXT.

Oversee donor record updates with monthly giving attributes, and ensure monthly EFT files are sent to the Finance Department on time.

Oversee the monthly reconciliation in partnership with the Finance Department

Manage the recruitment, orientation, day-to-day supervision, performance appraisal, and training of the Donor Services team.

Exemplary attention to detail with excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.

Oversee database support for Donor Experience Events in consultation with Information Management.

Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field preferred. Additional studies in fundraising and volunteer management an asset.

Proficiency in using Office 365, Raiser’s Edge, and other management software or systems to handle registrations ticketing, and attendee data.

Attention to detail to ensure accurate registration and guest information management.

Work with Development Team partners on guest management pieces as required.

2-4 years of previous experience in agent customer service, client success, or client relationship management

Conduct remote (zoom/google meet) product and program training and meetings with agents as needed

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; extraordinary listening skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; quickly formulates solutions that deliver real business value

Experience with customer service systems such as Zendesk preferred

Experience with Google Suite preferred
