Strong computer skills - custom in house tracking program

6+ year’s experience within the heavy haul industry driving or supervising.

Minimum 2 Years Construction/Oilfield transportation experience.

Good computer skills with accuracy in data entry and attention to detail

Excellent time management with high ability to multitask

Manage service concerns as required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation and dispatch preferred

Superior customer service and communication skills

Assist dispatch in communications and administration

·Top-notch interpersonal and teamwork skills with strong customer service orientation

·Superior analytical and problem solving skills

Prepare all export documents such as Bill of Lading, Pick up Order, and custom documents received

All customers rate inquires follow up within 24 hours via phone, complete and keep updated Quote Log – daily.

Arrange pick-up and delivery of export cargo in accordance with customer’s request by building customer relationships with sense of urgency.

Update customers on a regular basis. If issues arise, provide with updates and solutions

Interact with various levels of management, drivers, safety department, operation department, suppliers & customers

$17.50 per hour (depending on work experience)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Promote and adhere to DRAKKAR Logistics values

Review the Driver’s Trip Sheets Upon Return to ensure all data is accurate and in TMW

Prepare reports as required by Management

Musthave at least 3 years of cross-border planning experience

Musthave experience with the following: LoadLink, PC Miler, DAT, Dispatch Software,

Maintaining accurate data entry and records related to all planning on the “Planning Board”

ACE, ACI, CTPAT, Outlook, Microsoft applications,

Data entry into the system

Manage equipment purchase orders and ensure that deadlines are submitted to customers & suppliers and that they are up to date

D.E.S + 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position or combination of studies / experience

Strong communication skills, a proactive approach with a willingness to work independently as well as in a team

Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment

Experience with HVAC systems, an asset

Excellent computer skills required (MS Office). Previous experience with data management/analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI) an asset.

Post-secondary education in a related field preferred or a combination of education and experience.

Assisting with internal and external reporting requirements.

Fulfill all SMS Duties and Responsibilities required of employees by Section 2.2.6 FOM.

Identifying and notifying Dispatchers of operationally significant NOTAM,
