Ground Operation - Dispatch

At Cargo Partners Int'l Inc., the key to our success is in our customer service. If, you are a team player with 2-3 years experience in Ground Operations/Dispatch, you are the person we are looking for.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all export documents such as Bill of Lading, Pick up Order, and custom documents received
• Provide exceptional customer service by informing the shipment schedule, answering rate inquiries and time line requirements within 2 hours via email and or phone.
• Billing customer on time.
• Update customers on a regular basis. If issues arise, provide with updates and solutions
• All customers rate inquires follow up within 24 hours via phone, complete and keep updated Quote Log – daily.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to advise and confirm export arrangements. Provide accurate information via email and or phone by using standard email templates.
• Arrange pick-up and delivery of export cargo in accordance with customer’s request by building customer relationships with sense of urgency.
