Qualifications

• Be available after hours (on-call rotation)
• Musthave experience with the following: LoadLink, PC Miler, DAT, Dispatch Software,
• Strong organizational skills
• Musthave at least 3 years of cross-border planning experience
• ACE, ACI, CTPAT, Outlook, Microsoft applications,
• Strong ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines
• Be persuasive and energetic
• Team player in a fast paced environment
• Fluent in English, bilingual is an asset
• Ability to communicate over the phone

:

• Direct and assist dispatch employees with issues, especially after hours
• Looking for loads, FTL, LTL, cross-border
• Help resolve all issue that arise including, and not limited to, issues with: drivers, customers, dispatchers, customs, and load booking
• Coordinating and managing driver runs and schedules
• Implement new rules and procedures within dispatch and operations
• Maintaining accurate data entry and records related to all planning on the “Planning Board”
• Monitor and direct the dispatch team, at all times, to improve performance
• After-hours dispatch via telephone as needed
• Fully planning and dispatching (outbound and inbound) Van/Reefer division trucks
• Train and direct new dispatch staff
• Inputting checkpoints to monitor dispatch employees and ensure accuracy
• Prepare reports as required by Management
• Obtain no fewer than 6 Direct Outbound customers per year

Salary: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
