Overview The Director of Process Excellence is responsible for leading the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, developing and implementing process improvement strategies, and leading process improvement projects. Detailed Job Description The Director of Process Excellence is responsible for leading the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, developing and implementing process improvement strategies, and leading process improvement projects. The Director of Process Excellence will work closely with the executive team, department heads, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement process improvement plans, and ensure that process improvement initiatives are successful. The Director of Process Excellence will also be responsible for developing and maintaining process improvement metrics and reporting on the progress of process improvement initiatives. • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Ability to develop and implement process improvement strategies
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or related field
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives
• Experience developing and implementing process improvement strategies
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or related field
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives
• Experience developing and implementing process improvement strategies
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies
• Lead process improvement initiatives and projects
• Develop and maintain process improvement metrics
• Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
