One to two years overseas work and/or study experience, preferably in at least two world regions.

Marketing and communications, including website social media skills;

Communication and public speaking skills;

College administration, including programs of study, academic regulations, registration procedures and the full range of student services;

5+years of team management experience in marketing

Exceptional stakeholder management and Program management skills with demonstrated ability to lead and work with senior executives across the business.

Detail-oriented with strong project management skills

10+ years’ experience in a B2B/C marketing leadership capacity.

7+ years’ experience developing and executing a brand Ambassador program focused on customer acquisition in key cities.

Experience with SaaS products and/or solution selling is desirable.

Stakeholder management and team leadership

Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization.

Ensure training sessions are engaging, interactive, and effectively transfer knowledge and skills to the participants.

Collaborate with internal stakeholder and senior management, to identify training needs and align training initiatives with business objectives.

A Bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent field. Additional certifications in training and/or instructional design an asset.

Learning Management System (LMS) Management:

Lead the project management and scheduling of programs including budget monitoring

Recruit, hire, coordinate, and manage adjunct faculty/trainers

A skilled communicator with an ability to tell the “learning story” to senior leaders and employees.

Experience with working across various time zones and cultures. You know that one size doesn’t fit all!

Certification and/or training in project management. PMP Certification is ideal.

Experience with management consulting, team leadership, and stakeholder management

Performing risk management and mitigation, solving any issues that emerge in the project

Strong negotiation skills including past experience handling negotiations with third-party vendors

A bachelor’s degree in business, and ideally an MBA or similar education level.

Over 12 years of experience managing large and complex business projects in technology and/or healthcare
