Applies deep expertise in bank products, processes and systems and effectively trouble shooting to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Support enterprise solutions working closely in collaboration with the VP and other internal leaders (Project Management, Finance, Operations, etc.)

10+ yrs. Related strategic real estate management experience – Ideally transactions, strategy and asset management.

Strong Management experience managing a large team for at least 5 years.

Post-secondary education majoring in business administration, finance, geography/urban planning or equivalent.

Supporting clients with all special initiatives including transactions and workplace strategy and experience.

Corporate Real estate or outsourcing experience an asset.

Manage relationships with internal business partners including Credit, Cash Management, Treasury, Derivatives etc.

In depth experience and understanding of corporate finance, credit structures and credit agreements.

Commercial/corporate lending experience at a senior level including complex lending with direct experience in an origination role is an asset.

Strong knowledge of syndications in both a leadership and participant role.

Excellent oral communication and presentation skills; strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels throughout the organization.

Business or marketing related degree or diploma with related experience.

A post-secondary degree in business, with a focus on finance, marketing and sales management or equivalent experience

Exhibited ability to manage and motivate a highly skilled team of professionals

Real Estate sector lending policy and product experience and knowledge preferred

Provide direction and leadership to a team of Relationship Managers, Directors & Senior Directors

10+ years experience in commercial and/or corporate lending

5+ years of leadership experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field

Ability to manage relationships with extensive experience in business partnerships

10 years’ experience in leading a commercial business with growing P&L and market share

Advanced skills in preparing and presenting business strategies at executive and board level

Assist in securing new clients for asset management and Chard Property Management

Drive cashflow and create value for each asset through hands-on and rigorous management of new and existing assets

Manage all RE matters associated with owned Store support centres and any potential future sites.

Site redevelopment and surplus asset work stream on Walmart owned properties through engagement with development partners, brokers, consultants and Walmart associates.

Hire, develop, train and coach Real Estate team members to execute the real estate plan.
