Lead the agency’s risk management practices including identification, evaluation, mitigation, monitoring and reporting of operational and strategic risks.

Provide adequate resources for implementing, maintaining, and improving McMan’s Health and Safety Management Program.

Service Delivery, Executive Leadership and Risk Management

Ensure systems are in place to meet requirements of all regulations, legal obligations and approved accreditation standards.

Undergraduate degree in humanities, human services, business or equivalent education being ideal.

Partners with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, R&D, and Client Services to meet and address customer needs.

Manages negotiations with clients and customers regarding pricing, cost delivery, and special promotions.

Minimum 5 years experience in the food industry within Protein Processor or Industrial Sales

Knowledge of bottom-up budgeting and forecasting

Reports directly to the Segment Director of Sales, Protein Segment.

Experience in and extensive knowledge of all aspects of technical human resource management.

Led the talent management strategy, including the talent calibration process, leadership development, training initiatives, and facilitating training sessions.

Serves as an advisor to management for employment-related legal issues and ensures local compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local governance

Forecast and plan the region's talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy in collaboration with Region Leadership

Leads/manages projects and/or participates as a project member

15+ years' experience (postgraduate) and 5+ years' experience in Senior HR leadership within a large operation (manufacturing or similar industry).

Analytical and financial management skills;

Deep knowledge of the African travel market, with experience planning and overseeing the execution of unique travel experiences;

Respond to traveller inquiries in a timely matter and provide the highest levels of customer experience throughout all traveller interactions;

Manage relevant written materials and operational documents that are required to support to your colleagues throughout the season;

· Minimum 7 years experience in either a captive or third-party lease environment.

· Excellent communication skills are required to cement relationships with executives both internally and externally.

Advanced knowledge of best practices in sales and/or account management

Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent professional designation in relevant discipline

Minimum 8 years of combined business development and technical advisory experience in the relevant sector/area of responsibility

Strong technical knowledge of supply chains acquired through direct business activity within the advanced technology and manufacturing sector

Experience supporting global business development teams in the Indo-Pacific region

Well-developed and deep global professional network and strong technical and business knowledge acquired through directly relevant business activity

Attend company sponsored seminars and educational activities needed to maintain product knowledge and expertise, and participate in projects at management’s request

Team Management and or Leadership Experience an asset

Excellent time management and organization skills

Development of relationships with Gallagher main insurers Claims Management Teams, Large Loss Adjusters and Independent Adjusters

Claims Adjusting Experience or Commercial Broker including Claims Advocacy Experience an asset

Completion of post-secondary education an asset

7-10 years or more of experience in sales roles - Account Management and Business Development with companies of various size

Strong knowledge of the Middle East / GCC / MENA Regions - education industry experience is preferred

Hold regular skills training sessions with internal or external sales trainers.

3-5 years of experience managing a sales team with a track record of quota achievement and growth

Experience with building and implementing a Go-to-Market strategy

Experience creating and rolling out training manuals for sales and recruitment agents

Local or Out of Town/Sub Included

Reads and interprets drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.

Tests electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.

Fabricates, installs and/or runs conduit, 3-Phase work, motor terminations, control and instrument troubleshooting and panel work.

Must be an Indentured Electrical Apprentice or a certified Journeyperson.

Must possess construction and maintenance instrumentation experience.

Local or Out of Town/Sub Included

Repairs and troubleshoots electrical, instrumentation and control equipment and emission monitoring instrumentation.

Performs installation of process control instrumentation such as transmitters, controllers, analyzers, and control valves.

Performs mechanical work associated with instrument repair and modification while having the ability to remove and install small piping and tubing.

Rebuilds and calibrates transmitters and control valves, tune controllers.

Set and monitor best practices in quality hiring, employee development, product knowledge, compensation, and performance management in the region.

Ensure team leaders and managers are running effective branch operations, including staffing, coaching, training, and performance management.

Develop and attract talent through mentoring, coaching and succession planning and by leveraging best practices in human resource management.

Meet financial P&L objectives: develop budget, manage compensation and operating expenses.

Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience within the Insurance industry.

Experience leading diverse teams in meeting financial and operational targets.
