Digital Solutions Technical Support Specialist Jobs

Provide general IT support to staff and diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues as required, including remote troubleshooting for US users

Assist with requirements gathering for establishing new licensing and service agreements

Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision making skills

Hands-on experience installing and configuring networks or servers

Experience working independently and taking initiative

Experience with any of the following applications: Oracle JDE (or other equivalent ERP), SQL Server, SolidWorks, M365 including SharePoint

Develop and manage global IoT solution portfolio

Lead/coordinate design of end-to-end IoT enabling architectures and the delivery of solutions meeting the business requirements

Maintain knowledge base of leading-edge industry tools, technologies, and trends

5+ years of Azure Cloud experience

Strong Experience in Infrastructure as Code applied to DevOps, DevSecOps.

Coding experience in javascript, .NET, C#, Terraform (SQL, KQL is a plus)

Basic to intermediate knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising

Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and CMS systems (WordPress, Shopify, Hubspot) is a plus

Proven experience in technical support, product support, and/or software engineering capacity

Basic to intermediate Javascript experience is required

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Experience identifying root causes of technical issues and addressing potentially complex technical problems/questions

Must understand the importance of developing relationships and have some experience working with senior management

Self starter, organized with excellent time management

Promote and conduct knowledge sharing of digital/e-commerce services and products to sales teams and customers.

Ability to present the features and benefits of customer tools to internal and external audiences with clarity and confidence.

Experience with assisting in planning video, demo and tutorial stories a plus.

Excellent multitasking and time management skills in a dynamic work environment.

Stay updated with industry trends to enhance product knowledge and contribute to the product pipeline.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Team player attitude with effective collaboration skills.

Experience with animal models or precision farming software is a plus.

Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools is advantageous.
