Strong critical thinking, judgment, organizational, time management and prioritization skills.

Understanding and knowledge of UI / UX design for digital learning experience

Knowledge and experience of working in a cross-cultural setup.

At least 2-3 years experience in digital media design for learning objects

Excellent graphic design for use in web-based, interactive learning experiences.

Provide targeted support and guidance to students with behavioral challenges, helping them develop coping strategies and positive behavior management techniques.

Liaise with parents, guardians, and external agencies to ensure a collaborative approach to student support and behavior management.

Proven experience working as a Learning Mentor, Behavioral Instructor, or similar role in an educational environment.

Strong understanding of behavior management strategies and interventions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students and create a supportive environment.

Develop different classroom strategies to ensure knowledge and skills acquisition and retention.

At least 3 years of work experience in a Digital Marketing role.

At least 1 year of teaching experience.

Strong organizational, research, and accuracy skills.

Sharp listening skills and critical thinker.

Assisting in gathering and interpreting business requirements to articulate business needs and informing software development

Significant engineering experience in C++, C#, Unity 3D, preferably using Microsoft technologies

Significant experience in collaborative software development including the use of Git, Jira, and Confluence or similar tools

Experience developing digital learning simulations, with a strong preference for 3D/VR simulations

Agile Software Development (SCRUM based) experience including short sprint cycle

Past experience working at the VARLab is strongly preferred

Perform business requirement gathering sessions

Lead gap/fit analysis and survey client experience as mechanisms to loop back into continuous

Bachelor's Degree in a health sciences field or education

Master’s level degree in Education preferred

Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience in Adult Learning

Minimum 2 years of Informatics experience
