Knowledge of project management tools

Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in a similar position;

Experience with, or desire to learn the details of real estate, construction, occupational health & safety and facility management is required

Elevate team member analytical skills, and improve their knowledge of PP&S systems and tools through training sessions and tutorials

Strong analytical and interpretive skills to recognize and comprehend complex issues, policies, regulatory requirements and industry information affecting ATB's environment

Familiarity with process mapping and project management tools (e.g., ARIS, JIRA, Visio, MIRO, Lucid Charts, Smartsheets) is considered an asset

Direct experience leading, managing, and executing projects in a fast-paced environment

Innovation And Systems Analyst Accountabilities

Knowledge of or experience with Innovation Management, Human Centered Design, and Strategic Change and Culture is an asset.

Experience with modern technologies (e.g., Cloud, Data / Analytics, ERP, IOT) and their applications in the business world and various industries.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience You Have

Master’s degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred.

10+ years’ experience in technology or product innovation with 3-5 years’ leadership experience.

Demonstrated ability to translate data into insight, recommendation, and action to continuously improve user experience.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Organization and Communication - Manage daily administrative requirements aligned to ad-hoc and planned deliverables. Ability to gather, organize and interpret data.
