Previously held departmental supervisory and managerial positions.

Technical writing, effective oral and written communication skills, and strong compliance mindset.

University education - preferably in law, finance or relevant advanced degree. Current AML/ATF certification (e.g., CAMS) is an asset.

Provide strong leadership, guidance and direction to a team of AML Managers and Compliance Officers.

Experience working directly with regulators (OSFI, FINTRAC) during regulatory reviews/audits is an asset.

Ability to translate regulatory requirements into project requirements and to communicate the facets of AML/ATF legislation and guidelines to various stakeholders.

Experience in drafting policies and procedures including training.

Transfer/share knowledge of areas of expertise with other members of the Compliance team.

Represents the Museum to key stakeholders, including the Advisory Board, the Senior Management, and individual, foundation and corporate donors.

Significant and tested financial management acumen and the ability to understand complex budgets and contractual agreements;

Functions as the senior advisor and strategic partner to the Director and shares responsibility for the general operations of the Museum.

Maintains momentum across all areas of the Museum.

A master’s degree in art history or a related field.

Proficiency in developing and implementing operational plans and strategies to advance the mission and goals of the organization;

Has practical working knowledge/experience in HSSE, Quality, Contracts, Project Controls (Cost and Planning), Procurement and Materials Management

Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)

Communication/interpersonal skills – to be able to interact with front line workers through to management and all hierarchical levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Has strong knowledge/experience in field construction; LNG plants, gas compression and gas processing facilities preferred.

Worked on $1.0+ Billion EPC projects in project management role.

Knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies;

Perform project audits to ensure program management outcomes are effectively being captured.

Identify resource needs in Davie’s functional areas and sub-contractors to ensure adequate resources are in place to meet project requirements;

Proven experience of meeting past project goals in a complex, technical environment that is similar to shipbuilding

Knowledge of cost/schedule systems and financial system integration. PMP designation is an asset;

Develop and ensure effective implementation of the project execution plan. Identify risk areas and recommend mitigation plans;

Management and leadership training or experience to masters level

Significant operational management experience within an acute NHSA Trust environment

Expert knowledge of NHS reporting regimes including compliance with performance targets and effective pathway management

Strong planning and project management abilities

Ensuring that robust capacity & demand plans are in place and managed.

Educated to masters level or equivalent experience

Will be required to complete and remain current as per the requirements of the Corporation’s Management Certificate Program.

Must have good working knowledge and experience with corporate computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Right-of-way: manages the public right-of-way through issuance of permits, processes various subsidy programs, encroachments agreements, and development reviews.

Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.

Must possess strong problem-solving skills.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Practical working knowledge/experience in HSSE, quality, contracts, project controls (cost and planning), procurement, materials management, and logistics.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)

Experience in the various execution phases of project management, including engineering, construction, and commissioning.

Team player with proven management and leadership skills.

Supervise the local Project Management Team with members across the Vancouver office and the project site.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction Management.
