10+ years of hands-on experience with Data Analysis

8+ years of advanced back-end development experience in SQL, Visual Basic, Microsoft Access

5+ years of advanced experience in Excel and Power BI

5+ years of scripting experience (no specific programming language required).

Automate manual data extraction processes – data ingesting and reporting.

Develop and maintain data models, databases, and other data systems.

· Proactively work with business stakeholders, manage relationships and lead marketing programs from a data standpoint

· Develop new analytical solutions to provide timely insights to the business

· Assemble multiple data sources across various databases to build foundational data marts

Post-secondary education/certification in business-related or technical disciplines;

3 years of business analysis experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp abstract concepts;

Experience developing or operating cloud applications on data analytics

Experience with data pipelines, analytics, and modeling

Be an active member of our data discovery teamworking on tasks as part of release sprints

Knowledge and demonstrated use of Tableau is an asset.

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

Understanding of relevant clinical terminology.

Ability to find, collect, analyze and interpret data, use basic statistical concepts, and prepare written reports.

Proficiency with statistical programs (e.g. SAS, SPSS, R)

Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment as a part of a small and high-functioning team.
