Overview The Customer Education Manager is responsible for developing and delivering customer education programs that help customers understand and use the company’s products and services. The Customer Education Manager works closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure that customer education programs are aligned with the company’s product and marketing strategies. Detailed Job Description The Customer Education Manager is responsible for developing and delivering customer education programs that help customers understand and use the company’s products and services. The Customer Education Manager works closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure that customer education programs are aligned with the company’s product and marketing strategies. The Customer Education Manager is responsible for creating and delivering customer education materials, including webinars, tutorials, and other educational content. The Customer Education Manager is also responsible for developing and managing customer feedback loops to ensure that customer education programs are effective and meet customer needs. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to create and deliver customer education materials
• Knowledge of customer education best practices
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Ability to analyze customer feedback and adjust customer education programs accordingly
• Knowledge of the company’s products and services
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in customer education or instructional design
• Experience with webinar and tutorial development
• Experience with customer feedback loops

• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Knowledge of the company’s products and services
