The Customer Education Manager role is an individual contributor role that influences the success of every one of our customers. In this role, you will bring a vast amount of desire to teach and evolve our customer education experiences that we have throughout the entire customer lifecycle. As MaintainX’s first Customer Education Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective customer education programs, ensuring that our customers have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed with our product.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop a MaintainX customer certification program from the ground up
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience and consistency between the various tools used
  • Be a key liaison with our EPD and Marketing team to be aware of all new product releases and ensure our education program covers these new updates
  • Develop and maintain customer education materials, including documentation, videos, and webinars
  • Work with the Client Success leaders and team across Customer Support, Customer Success, Implementation, and Account Management
  • Ensure our customer training program is evolving in every part of the customer journey
  • Lead the development and training of our customer education program, including customer learning center, help center, office hour webinar, and certification program
Requirements:


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering customer education programs, ideally in B2B SaaS industry
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven track record of developing, organizing, and managing supporting documentation and training videos
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools, as well as Knowledge Base & Help Center solution.
  • Experience in customer support, customer onboarding or customer success is a plus
