PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification: Hold a valid PMP certification, indicating expertise in project management.

Experience with Mainframe Migrations: Demonstrate hands-on experience and knowledge of mainframe migrations, including planning, execution, and optimization.

Content Recommendations: Provide detailed recommendations on the types of materials, resources, and learning modules needed to achieve the desired learning outcomes.

Experience in operation and management in a post-secondary educational program

Ensures learning objectives, schedules, course materials, and vodcasts are posted in the curriculum delivery and management system (MedSIS).

Manages communication within the MD Program and medical education community as it relates to curriculum planning and delivery.

Follow curriculum management guidelines and maintain compliance with the standards of the Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Schools (CACMS).

Post-secondary degree in Education or combination of education and relevant experience

Experience in medical education is a strong asset

Experience using a Learning Management System or related system an asset

Knowledge of psychological assessments an asset

Ability to stay organized and execute

Interest in trends and best practices in training, adult learning, and learning tech

Training & Curriculum Development Intern

Internal titles may be modified for posting to attract appropriate candidates

4+ years of experience in content development, localization, and management, preferably in the EdTech or educational content industry.

Experience in the educational technology or learning management system industry.

Familiarity with content management systems, project management tools, and data analysis software.

Experience and fluency with Office 365 (MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Experience with videoconferencing technology (MS Teams, WebX, Skype or Zoom)

Mental Health First Aid Certification

Knowledge and experience using course/learning management systems (i.e., D2L), curriculum development and/or adult learning methodologies is considered an asset

Strong computer skills and demonstrated experience incorporating relevant technologies in the field

Minimum five years of relevant experience working in an animal grooming setting

Experience with specialized cuts and/or cat grooming would be considered an asset

Excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and collaborative skills

Flexible with strong organizational skills
