THE JOB


We are looking for a Training & Curriculum Development Intern to join our Training & Curriculum Development team of Instructional Designers and Program Coordinators. Our team develops high quality training solutions for our Talent, Clinical, Education, and Public Safety markets.


Reporting to the Manager of Training & Curriculum Development, you will collaborate with and provide research, administrative, and customer support to team members as well as external clients.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


· Support day-to-day administration of LMS

· Review and update training resources and materials

· Document learner purchasing workflows and create recommendations for improvement

· Help with user testing for training products

· Assist facilitation of live webinars

· Support CE applications and renewals

WHAT YOU’LL BRING


You work best when you own your projects and become energized by using your problem-solving skills to improve processes and deliver results. You are comfortable working independently and at the same time, enjoy relationship building with colleagues and understand the value of asking for support.


You will ideally have:

  • Knowledge of psychological assessments an asset
  • Interest in trends and best practices in training, adult learning, and learning tech
  • Experience using a Learning Management System or related system an asset
  • Consultative and client-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stay organized and execute
