2+ years retail or hospitality management experience preferably in a Hospitality/Tourism or luxury retail environment

Education in Business/Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism Management program an asset

Proven people leadership, coaching, listening, communication, supervision, project management, teamwork, and organizational skills

Managing gross margin, operating expenses (including revenue labour spend - via management of staff levels and scheduling)

Provides daily leadership in a Management capacity including;

Property wines / accessories / experiences / Wine Club membership benefits / events

Salary based on qualifications and experience

Creating a great experience for our external customers. Working with other areas to drive this.

Conducting tastings and making knowledgeable recommendations

Sales experience of 1-2 years

$45,000 - $55,000 annually + Benefits Package

Developing sales strategies - identifying and creating new partnerships with businesses to grow distribution points.

Daily cleaning duties; a clean and beautiful winery is essential for positive guest experiences!
