2+ years experience in a Process Engineer role

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Experience implementing and tracking KPIs to measure process performance

Experience conducting successful Gemba walks

Experience in Value Stream Mapping and Process Flow Mapping

Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions;

Confers with management, engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other considerations to facilitate production processes;

Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential;

A chemical or mechanical or industrial engineer with hands on experience on the floor working with Equipment / Maintenance team/ Operations.

Strong Leadership and interpersonal communication skills;

Relevant engineering/process experience, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment in a people and process management role

Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3

Autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) systems understanding with experience of implementing and driving CIL, CL and Defect Handling

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems

Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment

· This role is responsible for:

· Deliver Productivity Savings and Improve Line/Area Reliability

Understands and supports all Company objectives and performs duties delegated by management.

Ensures availability of CNC programs to support new products and customer requirements.

Assists with training, instructing, and maintaining a flexible operator CNC programming and tooling skill base.

BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years of relevant experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience interpreting a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.

Work with Finance and Accounting management on various projects on an ad hoc basis;

Experience in logically and rationally documenting processes using flow charts and presenting findings and recommendation to various levels of senior management

Identify operational changes between current and future processes to drive change management and process adoption;

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business process improvement capacity in accounting and finance

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and time-manage

Work collaboratively with internal departments to improve communication and data flow between Finance and Accounting and other areas of the business;

Prior experience leading CI projects incorporating 5S, Kanban, Visual Management, and other Lean methodologies.

Help implement change management principles at all levels of the plant, through coaching and engaging employees.

Proven capability of leading a transformation effort, including change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and robust communication

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering or Production role, ideally in an industrial Food Manufacturing environment.

Six Sigma Certification a strong asset

The ability to coach, inspire and work with cross functional managers, supervisors ,and employees

• Experience making improvement to production lines, processes and equipment

• Experience with takt time studies and line balancing

Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineer

• Trained in a continuous improvement methodology like Six Sigma

• Work with cross functional team to improve processes in the facility

• Work with scheduling to locate areas for improvement

Lead unit operations troubleshooting and investigating off-spec. products and plant trips/ upsets and manage the required deliverables.

Manage long and short-term projects by proposing major projects to improve safety, reliability and profitability.

Additional Info: Experience in Honeywell UOP or Axens licensed units.

Perform in-depth plant monitoring and optimize performance of CCR units by overseeing the unit's operation and economics losses.

Issue detailed reports to recommend changes supported by simulation models' result to optimize unit operation.

Willing to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
