Overview:
A Contact Centre Representative is responsible for providing customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. They are expected to handle customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide accurate information in a timely manner. They must also be able to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Contact Centre Representatives must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.How To Become an Contact Centre Representative:
To become a Contact Centre Representative, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent. You may also need to have some experience in customer service or a related field. Additionally, you may need to complete a training program or certification program in order to be eligible for certain positions.Contact Centre Representative Skills:
