Previous health care experience required.

Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving skills, and strong decision-making ability within the scope of employment.

Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) or order management systems is a definite asset

What are your skills and experience?

Manage and resolve customer inquiries while using the appropriate procedures and solutions

Minimum 1 year of social media experience

Experience with Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with social listening and monitoring tools is a definite asset

8-10 years of people management experience

10+ years' experience in Value Based Care marketplace and/or Market Leadership SaaS experience

Experience leading in a matrixed organization

Maintain relationships with decision-makers across our target client/customer base

Represent the organization effectively internally and externally with customers, partners, industry associations, and other key stakeholders

Proven record of performance & impact to revenue growth

Work with the Space Management Coordinator to planogram the category within the available space

Utilize market & product knowledge, vendor insight, and store feedback to determine an assortment strategy for the category (store & on-line)

2-3 years of experience with retail buying/inventory/planning

2-3 years Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, in a deadline driven environment. 

Strong presentation, business acumen and negotiation skills

Create, in conjunction with senior leaders, a long-term strategic vision for the business and sets business objectives 

Participate with clients, family, community support and interdisciplinary team in case management meetings and maintaining related client records.

Broad knowledge of counselling skills and clinical practice models.

Support the Manager with programs related to attendance wellness promotion, respectful workplace, accommodation, recruitment, hiring, selecting, mentoring and retaining staff.

Broad knowledge of systems thinking as it related to social work process.

Broad knowledge of other health disciplines and their role in healthcare.

Knowledge of cultural diversity in youth and families, and culturally safe ways of engaging.

Current Basic Life Support Certification

Experience with direct patient care in a clinical pharmacy practice setting

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree

Licensed or eligible for licensure with the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists (NSCP)
