Reporting to the Senior Care General Manager, the VP of Value Based Care will be a key member of the senior care leadership team, leading the overall strategy and growth for the Value Based Care business. In this role, the VP will lead the retention & growth strategies of the Value Based Care business. The VP will expand the go-to-market capabilities of Sales Support, Customer Success focused on growth of the business to be a collaborative & consultative organization working with our customers on how to optimize performance using our solutions. The VP will lead the direction of the overall cross-functional matrixed organization to drive the established vision for the business unit. The VP will be accountable for hitting annual growth targets for the business unit. The VP will work closely with Marketing to set & drive strategy. The VP will work closely with HR on the overall people plan for the matrixed organization to support what is needed for success.
As a member of the Senior Care Leadership team, the VP is expected to contribute to overall company policy, culture, and performance. The VP will support the overall corporate objectives and translate these into successful measures for the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on the Value Based Care business objectives, defined KPIs and annual growth targets, including: Market Strategy and Business Objectives; Market structure and effectiveness; Bookings, revenue, ARR targets, retention, expenses; Integration of Acute and Payer and LTPAC market objectives
  • Represent the organization effectively internally and externally with customers, partners, industry associations, and other key stakeholders
  • Maintain relationships with decision-makers across our target client/customer base
  • Build and manage a successful team while fostering a culture that aligns with and promotes company values, inclusive of our DEI strategy.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales & Customer Success teams to set strategy, optimize existing processes and establish new, cost-effective processes to achieve and exceed our revenue goals
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of retention and growth strategies for the Value Based Care business in partnership with Senior Product Marketing Manager
Qualifications & Skills
  • 10+ years' experience in Value Based Care marketplace and/or Market Leadership SaaS experience
  • Experience leading in a matrixed organization
  • Proven record of performance & impact to revenue growth
  • 8-10 years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated thought leadership
