Overview Construction Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating and managing the construction of projects. They are responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. They must be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals. Detailed Job Description Construction Coordinator II is responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating all aspects of the construction project. They must be able to manage multiple projects at once and ensure that all deadlines are met. They must also be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals. Construction Coordinator II must be able to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. They must be able to identify potential problems and develop solutions to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. They must also be able to coordinate the activities of subcontractors and ensure that all safety regulations are followed. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of construction software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
