Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Microsoft cloud related platform and technologies

Preparing reports and presentations to show progress on the projects you manage

2 to 5 years of corporate working experience focusing on climate change, and/or sustainability required

Strong research, and communication (oral, written and presentation) skills

Understanding of P&C insurance and/or the finance sector is considered an asset

Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Technical (engineering, science, environmental management) undergraduate/graduate degree and/or experience in social supply chain analysis – MBA designation a positive consideration

Develop and maintain business relationships with company management teams and industry experts

Good working knowledge of ESG research databases and regional regulatory initiatives which includes disclosure standards, and reporting requirements

Sound knowledge and interest of corporate finance, equity, and environmental markets

Build and maintain an expert level of knowledge of the fund’s existing positions and competitive context

Assist the Portfolio Managers in the maintenance of portfolios

1-3 years experience in calculating and reporting greenhouse gas emissions using recognized methodologies and standards.

Experience working with ESG reporting tools such as Metrio or other equivalent platforms.

Quantitative Risk Management: Experience implementing quantitative risk methodologies and integrating them into business activities

Manage and administer LMS environment, Oversee cybersecurity awareness and other associated training to maintain compliance.

Prior experience with GRC, LMS, VMS(what is this)? tools and platforms is required.

Understanding and experience of handling audits of cybersecurity risk and governance standards, with NIST, ISO27001, SOC1/2 and PCI/DSS experience is mandatory

Good analytical abilities to prepare reports and assessments.

Experience in identifying and performing data classification with the intent to ensure appropriate control and authorization are present.
