Post Secondary education in a related field

3 – 5 years of experience in forecasting and/or planning position preferably in Supply chain at a retail customer

Maximize sales through optimal on-shelf availability while maintaining optimal customer in-stock and inventory levels

3+ years of Commercial operations experience in sales, marketing, product management, customer service or other related commercial roles

5+ years of Commercial operations experience in sales, marketing, product management, customer service or other related commercial roles

Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect commercial process quality, prioritize, and implement opportunities.

Demonstrate strong technical product knowledge specific to the commercial insurance product and make decisions within binding authority limits

Enrolment in and/or formal certifications (such as CIP or FCIP or equivalent industry designations) preferred

Undergraduate degree and/or 1+ years relevant experience preferred

Previous commercial experience an asset

Expert knowledge of the TDI business environment, processes, procedures, transactions and activities of products and services

Accompany and support employees and managers on work sites

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of HSE

Experience on construction sites or industrial environment

In-depth knowledge of legislation and best industry practices in Ontario

Promote the firm’s culture regarding HSE

Support the risk assessment process and participate in project planning when needed

Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience and minimum 3 years consulting and/or project management experience.

Business Analysis and Project Management work experience required. CBAP or PMP designation is an asset.

Strong analytical, problem solving, planning, organizational and time management skills.
