3+ years experience in a Director Level role for Game or Product Design.

Iterate upon and redefine the team’s Game Design process.

Provide mentorship to a team of Designers across multiple sub-disciplines and unlock development for designers at all levels.

A desire to deepen your understanding and knowledge of Commercial Lines

Prefer 1 years' Commercial Lines experience and Insurance Broker Level 1 License

3-5 years progressive insurance adjusting experience

Chartered Insurance Professional Designation and a desire to continue relevant industry education (FCIP, etc.) is an asset

Effective customer service skills including empathy and concern for our customers

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Excellent investigative and analytical skills

Demonstrated 3-5 years’ experience in B2B account management or sales consultant role

Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel

Telecom sales experience would be ideal

Skilled in solution-based or consultative-based selling techniques

Accountable for the growth, retention & acquisition of Wireless & Wireline Services in a designated territory.

Create detailed business plans designed to attain revenue targets and goals.
