Client Reporting Specialist Jobs in Manitoba

Serving as the program controls reporting interface with program planners, commercial and program management personnel.

Facilitating and supporting the monthly internal management and programming review meetings.

Notifying staff and stakeholders of reporting requirements and timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Performing project controls surveillances on individual projects to ensure adherence to requirements.

Assisting the program reporting lead to produce program reporting deliverables, reporting content and analysis.

Working with the program controls reporting team and program teams to produce reporting deliverables to time and quality.

Working experience with Jira, Confluence and other knowledge management tools

Managing internal client relations to ensure that expectations for dashboards are managed, and fulfilled.

Consulting to managers on translating messages using the power of words, images, sounds and animation.

Post Secondary Education in Communications, Marketing or related fields, Technical background not required, but would be an asset!

Proven experience managing communication campaigns and initiatives, ideally with highly technical subject matter and able to engage non-technical audiences

Excellent communication skills, able to proofread, draft and document processes, results and ideas

1-3 years minimum progressive work experience.

Experience extracting and analyzing data from a data warehouse or another OLAP technology

Working knowledge of accounting, economic, statistical data and processes

Ability to manage work flow and multiple requests, while meeting deadlines and managing expectations

Drive the financial reporting process to include the integration of the strategy planning process in the operation budget process

Identify, build and maintain financial reporting including models and templates using a documented, auditable, and logical process.
