Data collection/management techniques (ETL) and the development/interpretation of data to determine requirements, retrieve, analyze and deliver insights and recommendations
Identify requirements to develop high-value, actionable reporting
Minimum of four (4) years’ related experience
Experience with reporting visualization tools Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.
Experience communicating analytic methodology to non-technical audience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to draft reports, analyze information and present information to various audiences
Payroll Control & Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities will include ensuring all required data to support the payroll process is properly aggregated and reconciled;
Will be responsible to calculate and maintain automobile stand-by benefits;
Must have operating knowledge and training in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel;
PeopleSoft HRMS experience would be considered an asset;
A community college diploma or university degree with a major in Finance or Accounting will be considered an asset;
