Overview:
Central Office Technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications systems in central offices. They are responsible for ensuring that the systems are running smoothly and efficiently. They must be knowledgeable in the latest technologies and be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise. They must also be able to work with customers to ensure their needs are met.How To Become an Central Office Technician:
To become a Central Office Technician, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent. You will also need to have experience in the telecommunications field. You may also need to have certifications in specific areas, such as networking or voice over IP. Additionally, you may need to have a valid driver’s license.Central Office Technician Skills:
