Previous leadership or management experience

10+ years of relevant work experience in human resources, business, or finance related consulting

A company with a strong brand, with experience developing solutions for today and tomorrow’s toughest challenges

14+ years of working experience as a Software Engineer with a consistent track record of delivery, preferably in an agile environment. 

Experience of working in a high growth, fast paced product and technology led business.

Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the design and development of very complex and high priority projects.

Leads the selection and development of software design methods, tools and techniques.

Develops organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for software design and software architectures.

Drives efficiencies, improvement areas and other technical or non technical initiatives

Experience and knowledge of process design and technologies to produce refining fuels, chemicals, and/or renewable fuels and chemicals

Manage assigned tasks on budget and schedule.

Ability to manage deliverables for multiple projects at the same time.

Experience with process plant design and sizing, equipment sizing, heat exchanger sizing, pump and compressor sizing.

Process modelling experience using Aspen/HYSYS. PetroSim, UniSim, HTRI, PROII, or PetroPlan.

Financial modelling experience or exposure is preferred but not essential.

Work with your team to develop their capabilities and build a strong personal brand both inside and outside the organization;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations.

Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives

Have adequate financial acumen with experience running project level P&L.

Have a natural problem-solving mindset, be detail-oriented with a creative flair and a bias for action

Exposure working with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is advantageous, including DevOps, CI/CD, etc.

Previous consulting experience is required

Formal education in business, public administration, engineering, information technology, social sciences or service design
