Excellent organizational and time management skills

Build, strengthen and maintain excellent communication skills with all members of staff

Previous supervisory experience is an asset

Current, valid First Aid certification is an asset

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Assign rooms to the Camp Attendants and prepare night shift room lists

Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.

In conjunction with the Camp Manager, assist in the development of a financial plan for the maintenance requirements of the property(s).

3-5 years’ experience preferably working in a remote camp, hotel or building services environment.

Respond to service requests from Camp Manager, perform related tasks and the required follow-up.

Able to offer references for preventative maintenance and capital repairs.

Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.

Staff supervision and mentorship experience as well as ability to manage conflict resolution and progressive discipline

Experience building staff schedules and ability to complete bi-weekly payroll and oversee departmental budget

Experience in program development and implementation of children’s programs

Experience with recruitment, interviewing and onboarding staff

Operating in a dynamic and fast paced work environment

Ability to use Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel comfortably
