Camp Supervisor Jobs in Ontario

Previous supervisory, training, coaching, and performance management experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Manage the “Employee and Guest Experience”.

Address, manage and document performance shortfalls as they happen.

Current CPR and first aid certification

Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent service recovery and conflict resolution skills in order to bring both guest and employee concerns to satisfactory closure.

Provides direct training, supervision, and support to Direct Support Professionals and other staff during all activities.

Approves individuals for programs based on needs/risk

Oversees the accurate completion all daily documentation required.
