Excellent meeting facilitation skills to gather requirements

Knowledge and experience of information technology providing the ability to integrate and identify IT-enabled opportunities to solve business pressures/needs

Demonstrated commitment and proven ability with effective stakeholder management

Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in leading and delivering Business Architecture and Application Architecture projects

Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma (Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma)

Minimum 4 years of Commercial business to business sales experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. understand the major features of each software application)

Knowledge of Canada Post’s Operations and Delivery processes

Knowledge of customer industry sector and the competitive market

Working knowledge of CRM platforms (i.e Salesforce)

Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma (Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma)

Minimum 4 years of Commercial business to business sales experience

Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) is an asset

Complete content and admin requests using the content management system

Work closely with internal stakeholders to train and support effective use of the content management system

Document knowledge articles keeping them up to date with frequently asked questions, how-to guides, and troubleshooting instructions

Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Design, or other technical degree

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, and able to manage stakeholder relations and work with cross -departmental teams effectively

Have relevant IT and industry work experience in Capital Markets

Have previous experience managing or coaching business analysts

Experience with systems design and specification for large scale applications

Experience in data analytics – experience using Python, SQL, and Elasticsearch

Education (Computer Engineering degree or similar)/Work experience (8+ years of practical experience)

Identify impacts to Business Capabilities by participating in transformation programs & initiatives

Map processes to business capabilities as per enterprise standards and collaborating with appropriate SMEs
