Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with on call requirement

Who we are looking for:

Knock on doors, build relationships, growth the business & you! (Cold calling, networking, events)

3 to 5 years of sales/marketing/call centre experience in the financial services industry

Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Strong active listening skills—an entrepreneurial approach is key to the role

Strong knowledge of mutual fund and segregated funds

Solid knowledge of financial services industry overall

College degree in a related field is an asset.

Ability to keep track of a book of business

Attitude of learning and service

Get in early with a line of exciting products

Base plus commission (uncapped) compensation model

Keys to success in this role will be:

What's in it for you?

Field/territory management experience (2-3 years)

Coordinating daily route planning, inventory management, C.O.D. selling, replenishment as well as administrative and reporting (expenses/kms/general feedback) in a timely manner

Disciplined time management – Plan/structure one’s day/time according to priorities

Utilizing field sales experience to prospect, secure new business and develop value-oriented business relationships

Strong prospecting skills to drive new product or program lunch performance

Servicing will entail helping clients overcome challenges, merchandising, replenishment of product and taking reasonable steps to ensure a positive client experience
