Testing skills and WSS Data expertise

At least 2 years working with WSS Data

Command of WSS data structures

Business Analyst ( HR) - Consultant

• Experience in Business Analysis/Project management

• Experience in documenting Business Requirements, Functional Requirements and Interface Specifications

• Experience with logical and physical models, proof of concept to implementation

• Ability to interpret Regulatory Regulations into development requirements/specifications as required for report development

Experience with HR systems, Certifications are an asset

Manage a global team of process and HRIS specialists and analysts - leading, mentoring, and coaching members of the team

Requirements walkthrough with both Business and Technology partners and ensure Technology sign-off is in place to mark closure of Technology requirements

Participate in review of System Design Document and other supporting work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.

Lead the business requirements gathering process (process, policy, procedure, BRD, discussion inventory)

Conduct current state assessment and gap analysis

Develop training plan & content

1) Implement Niad for new structured notes issuance.

2) Decommision K2 blotter and implement cerberus for structured notes.

3) implement GBMDP as data platform for all structured products.
