Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise or accounting business systems.

Oversee the project management of the entire acquisition onboarding plan and the execution of the finance integration portion of the plan.

Preference will be given to applicants with financial services, group insurance, or project management experience.

Collaborate with Integration Management Office on planning and prioritization of the various acquisition onboarding tasks.

Assist in organization and project management aspects of the M&A transaction process.

Participation, management and/or leadership of large-scale projects.

You have 8 to 10+ years' experience working in a fast-paced analytical leadership role within a growth-oriented environment.

Post-secondary education/ degree in business administration/commerce, marketing, engineering or project management fields or any relevant education

Maintain customer data in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and manage customer files’ progress during the acquisition process

Supplier management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities

Proven success in prospecting and developing a territory gained through 4 plus years of sales experience

Demonstrated excellent skills for selling and a strong customer service orientation

Strong relational and interpersonal skills

· Working knowledge of financial accounting systems/processes and their proper functioning

· Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

Support high level end-to-end architecture design from business requirement for Accounting Engine /Enterprise data warehouse type systems

Strong technical skills in finance system capabilities, NetSuite specifically preferred

Provide an in depth understanding of Finance operational processes to translate business requirements into technical requirements and develop actionable solutions
