High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in medical administration or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in gastroenterology or hepatology.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to PHIPA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Solid understanding and knowledge of the design and application of HR management policies, best practices, and employment legislation etc

Conducts exit interviews and analyzes exit interview trends to summarize and present them to Management

Assist with the development and management of a performance appraisal process that aligns with business needs and drives high performance.

Supports NEXT’s performance management process to ensure continuous performance improvement and the implementation of best practices.

Assists with disability management type cases to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to

Assists managers with coaching, performance discussions, follow-up on timelines and ensuring that all employees’ Goals and/or Development Action Plans are identified

Any form of experience/skillset pertaining to project management is a plus

Resolve Cisco UC Manager 10.x VOIP client business problems through research, installation and customization, network administration, and network management support

3-5 years of experience in a related position, such as but not limited to Network Engineer, Database Administrator, Field Technician, etc

Preferred knowlege of or experience with Avaya PBX

Preferred knowlege of or experience with ITIL

Preferred knowlege of or experience with T1/E1 PRI and SIP trunking

Patient Assessment: Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify their medical needs and work with their physicain to develop a care plan.

Coordination of Care: Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive appropriate medication and therapy.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation of care plans, interventions, and outcomes.

Preparation: preparing medications for administration by the physician, prepping patient for on-site injections for therapy and assisting with medication administration

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data and generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and identify areas for improvement.

Liaise and advocate with third-party providers and provincial governments as necessary to determine coverage options

Strong problem-solving skillset, with the ability to think outside the box, and provide deep dive analysis of issues / resolutions

Experience cold-calling, prospecting, or business development
