Overview A Bilingual Property Manager is responsible for the management of residential and commercial properties. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance, and budgeting. They must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Detailed Job Description• Manage residential and commercial properties, including tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor tenant leases and ensure timely rent payments.
• Handle tenant complaints and disputes.
• Negotiate and execute leases.
• Prepare and review financial statements and budgets.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure safety and security of the property.
• Monitor and enforce tenant compliance with lease terms.
Job Skills Required
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field.
• Previous experience in property management.
• Professional certification in property management (preferred).

• Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of marketing and leasing principles and practices.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.

• Previous experience in property management.
• Experience in customer service and tenant relations.
