Six(6) months experience in the Health Records Department of a hospital OR

One (1) year related clerical experience.

Grade XII or recognized equivalent.

Keyboard Speed - 45 wpm.

Ability to work in a Windows operating environment.

Ability to read, write speak and understand English.

Demonstrated knowledge of and/or experience within the commercial real estate industry

8+ months experience in a customer service environment

Experience communicating with internal business partners and external clients by phone

Experience and demonstrated proficiency with Excel that includes the ability to manipulate data, filter, and develop basic formulas

Contribute to the growth of an accurate and complete database of commercial real estate inventory

Knowledge of project management, knowledge of the services provided by a multidisciplinary professional services firm.

Experience with risk management and compliance and ability to understand policies and provide guidance on related matters

Support specialty practice areas in their compliance with specific data requirements.

Strong knowledge and understanding of client service

10+ experience in a privacy or compliance function, with experience in incident response, privacy impact assessments, consultations, reviews, etc.

· Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills

Lead with broad insights and thorough knowledge related to digital transformation in healthcare

Inspire an unrelenting focus on client experience through the digital transformation journey

· Must have experience in the Healthcare sector.

Articulate a digital transformation vision and strategy that will contribute to improved delivery of health services

Own the digital roadmap and ensure that digital initiatives support strategic priorities and transformation.

Financial Management (Understanding ok keyloop’s financial levers to achieve business results)

Offers insights to leaders that is useful in executing the business unit strategy.

Identifies product problem areas and working with managers to resolve the same

Thorough knowledge and experience of the CIHI Management Information System (MIS).

Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or organizational change management certification an asset.

Health Law / Risk Management Course Work and Experience.

Thorough knowledge of the roles within the health care system and the emerging trends in the management of health care delivery.

Knowledge of e-health strategies and its role in information management and technology

Current registration with the Canadian College of Health Information Management (CHIMA) is required.
